  • SCCARE NPR FLRT is a combination of Acrylonitrile Butadience co-polymers and pretreated Poly Vinyl Chloride. This have special fire retardant properties and resistance to low temperature flex. This blend is an excellent  EPDM and chloroprene (Neoprene) replacement. SCCARE NPR FRLT has exceptional resistance against Weather, Flex, Ozone, Oil and abrasion. This is widley used in the production of  Gaskets, Extruded Tubes, Profiles, Expanded Foam (sponge) and Sheets. Swelling of die is very minimum. These products are having fine finished and sharper edges.
  • Compounds based on SCCARE NPR FRLT can be combined with NBR, chloroprene, HNBR, CSM (hyplon) based compounds. Apart from this, SCCARE NPR FRLT is advised to be avoided for adhesives.

Processing Characteristics:

  • SCCARE NPR FRLT can be very easily compounded on conventional rubber processing machines. Because of excellent filler and plasticizer absorption quality, SCCARE NPR FRLT has a very short compounding cycle. Hence, its saves a good amount money, time and energy.


  • SCCARE FRLTR can be cured using Sulphur and Peroxide curing systems.
